DION NJOGU began her career in Physiotherapy back in 1982. Her journey begun in Kenyatta Hospital and after 8 years moved to Nairobi Hospital for a few months and then settled in Mater Hospital. Here she played various roles including Head of Department for 15 years before venturing out on her own…………..

She helped establish Physiotherapy Departments in Equator Hospital as well as Family Health Options Kenya. She has been in private practice since 2005. Having worked with numerous Doctors and different medical specialists, in 2008 she partnered with a Chiropractor. Today as CEO at Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Health Centre, not only does she treat and rehabilitate, she trains physiotherapists, holds spine checkup camps, carries out ergonomic assessments and gives health talks. Some of the clients include Serena hotels, Safaricom Ltd, Unilever Tea, ICDC, BAT, Bayer East Africa, EABL, Zamara etc.

DR. CATHERINE NJOGU got her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2009 in Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. She has lived in the United States of America for over 20 years and has worked in several places: Nile Chiropractic Clinic P.A. Saint Paul, MN; Rivera Chiropractic Centre LLC, Minneapolis MN; Mystical Rose Chiropractic, Saint Paul; Health Partners Maplewood Clinic, Maplewood MN; Glencoe Family Chiropractic, Glencoe MN just to name a few……….

Dr. Njogu is board certified in the United States for Chiropractic & Physiotherapy and bagged the Top Chiropractor Award in 2019 and 2020. She is also a member of Chiropractic Association of Kenya.

With over 14 years clinical experience, Dr. Njogu returned to Kenya in 2023. With a proven background of educational and clinical experience primarily Health and Wellness, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation, Dr. Njogu joined Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2024 and is engaging both patients and the community at large in Neuromusculoskeletal Spine Health.

DR. PHETHEKA INA NGOBENI graduated not only with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Chiropractic but also a Masters Degree in Chiropractic medicine at University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is a member of The Allied Health Professions of South Africa. She had been in private practice in Pretoria South Africa for over 5 years before joining Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2023………

Not only is she proficient in Chiropractic Adjustments but kinesio taping and dry needling/IMS as well. Having worked with numerous Doctors of Chiropractic and other medical specialists in the past, Dr. Petty carries out extensive education to members of the public on spine health. Some of the clients include Health In Site, Nairobi Academy, Vet Lab sports club etc

PHILIS IGUTA has been a physical therapist since 2014. Having clinical experience from Kikuyu Hospital and St. Teresa hospital, Philis joined Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2020.

Today she is the Chief Physical Therapist at Westlands Branch- Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Health Centre.

Philis is a very passionate and diligent physiotherapist: very eloquent and very vocal on lifestyle change in musculoskeletal health. She is constantly educating her patients and also writes articles that have been published in Business Daily. She is constantly growing intern physiotherapists to ensure quality patient care and also participates in spine check-ups medical camps. Some of the clients include Standard Group Media, Karen Country Club, BAT, EABL etc.

Phylis has had numerous trainings over the years and is a specialist in:

JOY WAIHENYA is a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy. Having clinical experience from Thika level 5 Hospital, KNH, APDK, Joy Town School, Joy joined Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2019.

Today she is the Deputy Chief Physical Therapist at Karen Branch- Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Health Centre…….
