Your Consultation Journey
Our 6 comprehensive steps are designed to uncover the root cause of your pain and create a personalized treatment plan
Detailed History Taking
We listen to your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms to understand what might be contributing to your pain. If you have any imaging you have done in the recent past, carry it with you.
Step 1
BMI and Blood Pressure
We check basic health indicators such as BMI and blood pressure to give our practitioners a broader picture of your overall health and identify factors that may be relevant to your care.
Step 2
Machine Spine Scan
Our non-invasive spine scanning technology helps us identify areas of muscular tension and imbalance around the spine. The results are considered alongside your symptoms and physical assessment to help guide your care.
Step 3
Movement Assessment
Guided movement tests to identify Range of Motion & Flexibility limitations and muscle imbalances to help tailor your specific care.
Step 4
Physical Examination
Your practitioner examines the affected area and surrounding structures, looking at movement, tenderness, muscle function, joint mobility and other findings that may help explain your symptoms.
Step 5
Personalized Report
We compile all findings into a detailed report and recommend the best treatment path for your specific condition.
Step 6
What Happens Next?
Based on your assessment, we will explain our findings and discuss the options that may be appropriate for you. This may include chiropractic care, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise, lifestyle or ergonomic advice, or referral for further medical assessment where necessary.
