CEO & Founder
Began her career in 1982 at Kenyatta Hospital, with extensive experience at Nairobi Hospital and Mater Hospital where she served as Head of Department for 15 years.
She helped establish Physiotherapy Departments in Equator Hospital as well as Family Health Options Kenya. She has been in private practice since 2005. Having worked with numerous Doctors and different medical specialists, in 2008 she partnered with a Chiropractor. Today as CEO at Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Health Centre, not only does she treat and rehabilitate, she trains physiotherapists, holds spine checkup camps, carries out ergonomic assessments and gives health talks. Some of the clients include Serena hotels, Safaricom Ltd, Unilever Tea, ICDC, BAT, Bayer East Africa, EABL, Zamara etc.
DR. PHETHEKA INA NGOBENI
Doctor of Chiropractic
Graduated not only with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Chiropractic but also a Masters Degree in Chiropractic medicine at University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Dr. Phetheka is a member of The Allied Health Professions of South Africa.
She had been in private practice in Pretoria South Africa for over 5 years before joining Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2023.
Not only is she proficient in Chiropractic Adjustments but kinesio taping and dry needling/IMS as well. Having worked with numerous Doctors of Chiropractic and other medical specialists in the past, Dr. Petty carries out extensive education to members of the public on spine health. Some of the clients include Health In Site, Nairobi Academy, Vet Lab sports club etc

Chief Physical Therapist
Chief Physical Therapist at our Westlands Branch, bringing 10+ years of clinical expertise in manual therapy, joint mobilization, and patient education while serving major corporate clients including Standard Group and EABL.
Philis is a very passionate and diligent physiotherapist: very eloquent and very vocal on lifestyle change in musculoskeletal health. She is constantly educating her patients and also writes articles that have been published in Business Daily.
She is constantly growing intern physiotherapists to ensure quality patient care and also participates in spine check-ups medical camps. Some of the clients include Standard Group Media, Karen Country Club, BAT, EABL etc.
THOMAS SHARANYA
Deputy Chief Physical Therapist
Thomas Sharanya serves as Deputy Chief Physical Therapist at our Westlands Branch, specializing in manual therapy and dry needling while actively educating patients through social media.
Thomas has had numerous trainings over the years and is a specialist in manual therapy, Joint Mobilisation, Soft Tissue Manipulation and Dry needling/Intramuscular stimulation.
Thomas is a very passionate physiotherapist: very eloquent and very vocal on lifestyle change in musculoskeletal health. JOAKIM BARASA is an experienced physical therapist practicing since 2021. Following a tenure at the Human Garage, he joined the team in 2025 and now operates from the Westlands branch.

Joy Waihenya is a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy graduate with extensive clinical experience gained at Thika Level 5 Hospital, Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), APDK, and Joy Town School. She joined the Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Health Centre in 2019 and currently serves as Chief Physiotherapist at our Upperhill Branch.
Joy specialises in a range of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft tissue manipulation, dry needling/intramuscular stimulation, kinesiology, and Mulligan mobilisation.

She is a highly trained specialist focused on Manual Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and Soft Tissue Manipulation. Lydia also integrates Dry Needling and Intramuscular Stimulation into her practice to deliver comprehensive, effective relief for musculoskeletal issues.
